On Monday, March 4th, 2024, Harrison County Deputies were called to E. Sesame St in Karnack TX in response to a trespassing incident. The homeowner reported spotting someone on their property using the "ring doorbell" system. Upon arrival, deputies found 27-year-old Crystal Maria Fernandez of Deberry, Texas on the premises. Fernandez emitted a noticeable odor of alcohol from her breath and displayed behaviors consistent with intoxication.
When deputies attempted to arrest Fernandez for public intoxication, she resisted and ended up defecating on herself in an attempt to evade arrest. Fernandez was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Harrison County Jail. She was booked for public intoxication and issued a criminal trespass warning for the property.
