Paris Police Officers arrested Charles David Landers, 53, on Monday, February 26th, on an outstanding warrant for Stalking, a Felony.
The arrest stemmed from a series of incidents that began as early as January of 2024. Landers allegedly made multiple threats toward his spouse’s attorney and the attorney’s family members, in addition to following the victim and making disturbing comments and threats.
Landers was taken into custody without any issues by Investigators of the Department.
