On February 12, 2024, at around 9:28 p.m., Longview Police Officers rushed to the scene of a shooting incident in the 200 block of Rawley St. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services swiftly transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation by detectives led to the issuance of an arrest warrant for Diovanni Cisneros, aged 26, of Longview, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Authorities believe Cisneros has left the area and efforts are underway to locate him.
The investigation is ongoing.
