Two Arrested in Henderson County for Outstanding Charges and Narcotics Possession

On Monday, February 5th, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Investigator Jonathan Daille and Deputy Matt Jistel conducted a warrant operation at 2473 Lonely Drive. Their target: 42-year-old Jennifer Dawn Yow of Chandler, Texas, wanted on outstanding warrants from Smith County and Van Zandt County.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered Yow hiding in her bedroom. Additionally, they found 47-year-old Brandon Reid Zachary inside the residence, also with outstanding arrest warrants.

With the authority granted by Henderson County 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee, Investigator Daille obtained a narcotics search warrant for the residence. A subsequent search revealed suspected methamphetamine and suspected heroin.

Yow was arrested for her outstanding warrants dealing with parole violation for a drug conviction and drug dealing.  She now faces an additional charge for possession of a controlled substance. Zachary was also arrested for his outstanding warrants. Both individuals were transported to Henderson County Jail.  Yow is being held on a $250,000 bond.
