On February 2, 2024, the Grayson County Criminal District Attorney's Office revealed that 48-year-old Brian Fuller from Whitewright, Texas, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Fuller, a heroin dealer, entered a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to the charges against him.
The conviction stems from a May 2023 incident when Grayson County Sheriff Deputies pulled Fuller over for a traffic violation. Upon searching his vehicle, they discovered more than 11 grams of heroin.
Fuller, a repeat offender with a lengthy criminal history, will now serve a two-and-a-half-decade sentence for his actions.
