On January 17, 2024, at 8:20 p.m., Longview Police responded to a reported assault at the parking lot of "On the Border" located at 200 West Loop 281. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male unconscious on the pavement. The victim was transported to a local hospital by Longview Fire EMS with life-threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, detectives identified 35-year-old Treboria Wallace as the other party involved. A warrant for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury was obtained, leading to Wallace's subsequent arrest by Harrison County authorities.

Wallace is being held on a $52,000 bond.
