On Saturday, January 27, 2024, Harrison County Sheriff Deputies responded to a Family Disturbance call on the 8400 block of FM 1998 in Marshall. The incident involved a firearm, and the victim was reported to be running down the road naked.
Upon arrival, deputies located the nude victim and allowed them to wait in a patrol unit.
With the victim's permission, deputies secured the property and found 52-year-old Sylvia Elizabeth Jackson, along with the firearm, in the bedroom.
Jackson was arrested for Aggravated Assault Family Member with Weapon and transported to the Harrison County Jail without incident.
