On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigator Jonathan Daille secured a narcotics search warrant from Henderson County 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee. The warrant was obtained for a residence situated off Rush Road in the Payne Springs area of Henderson County.
At approximately 6:20 p.m. on the same day, Sheriff’s Office Investigators executed the warrant and discovered 77-year-old William Claude Nall and 63-year-old Carol Lynn Kretzmeier, both residents of Mabank, Texas, at the targeted residence.
During the search, investigators uncovered suspected methamphetamine prepared for distribution, along with digital scales utilized for weighing the drugs for distribution and other paraphernalia associated with the inhalation and injection of the substance.
As a result, both individuals were taken into custody and arrested on charges of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance over four grams but less than two hundred grams. They were subsequently transported to the Henderson County Jail, with bail set at $100,000 each.
