On January 19, 2024, Titus County Sheriff Deputies apprehended 28-year-old Arjune Nandalall on charges of fraud and identity theft. Additionally, Nandalall faces charges of possession of a controlled substance (cs pg 2>=4g<400g) and money laundering amounting to more than $2500 but less than $30,000. As of now, no bond has been established.
Notably, this is not Nandalall's first encounter with the law in Titus County. On April 13, 2022, he was arrested for possession of narcotics, money laundering, and fraud. Subsequently, on July 16, 2023, he was arrested once again, this time due to a capias warrant.
In Texas, a capias warrant is issued by a judge or magistrate, instructing law enforcement to apprehend an individual who has failed to comply with a court order.
