Frank Russell Deck of Emory was arrested following a joint operation by the Rains County Sheriff's Office and the Wood County Sheriff's Office. Deck's initial arrest was for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE. However, he failed to attend court proceedings to address the charge, leading to the issuance of arrest warrants for multiple bond forfeitures and bail jumping.
Deck now faces charges on three counts of bond forfeiture, the original DWI 3rd or more offense, bail jumping, and the felony charge of failure to appear. Authorities have set his new bond amount at $1,242,000.
