Paris Police Officers responded to a disturbance call on Wednesday evening at 6:27 PM in the 300 block of Kaufman St.
An employee at a local shelter reported an individual refusing to leave the premises. The officers instructed Andrecas Bauntez Morgan, 41, to leave, but he declined.
Morgan was subsequently arrested for Criminal Trespassing at a Habitat or Shelter and was transferred to the county jail.
