Henderson County Deputy Arrests Two on Outstanding Charges, Uncovers Suspected Methamphetamine

On January 11, 2024, Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy Jude Bonner executed a felony arrest warrant for a parole violation at an address in the Kemp area of Henderson County. The warrant was issued for Ryan Smith. Upon arrival, Deputy Bonner successfully located and arrested Smith for the outstanding charges.

During the arrest, Deputy Bonner also discovered Stacy Wylesky at the residence, who was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant. Wylesky was subsequently arrested.

In addition to the arrest warrants, Deputy Bonner found Smith in possession of suspected methamphetamine. As a result, Smith faces charges for the parole violation, an outstanding failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance from Van Zandt County, and possession of a controlled substance.

Both Smith and Wylesky were transported to the Henderson County Jail, where they are currently awaiting arraignment.
