On January 3, 2024, at around 1:07 pm, Rains County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 37-year-old Brandon Eugene Foreman of Emory. The arrest was made based on an existing warrant for bail jumping and failure to appear on a felony charge. Additionally, Foreman faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than 1 gram.
Bond for Foreman was denied by the presiding Judge. It's worth noting that Foreman has a history of multiple arrests in Hunt, Wood, and Van Zandt Counties.
