Early this morning, at approximately 1 AM, Forney Police Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 100 block of Wandering Drive. Surveillance cameras in the area captured footage of multiple individuals discharging firearms at a residence.
Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in connection with the incident. Forney Detectives, in collaboration with the Kaufman County Street Crimes Task Force, are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Authorities have stated that this appears to be an isolated incident, and there is currently no perceived immediate danger to the public.
