In a joint operation on December 20, 2023, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigator Jonathan Daille, armed with a search warrant obtained from Henderson County 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee, led a team of investigators to a residence on West Will White Road in the Tool area of Henderson County.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators discovered a cache of illegal substances and stolen items within the residence. The findings included methamphetamine, marijuana, a shotgun, a stolen ATV from Parker County, and stolen credit cards.
As a result of the operation, multiple individuals were taken into custody:
- Robert Hogue was arrested for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
- Thad Love was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of identifying information.
- Holly Whitley was arrested on outstanding warrants.
- Robert Chewning was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
- Ralph Brown was arrested for possession of marijuana.
- Troy Crisp was arrested on outstanding arrest warrants.
All individuals apprehended during the raid were transported to the Henderson County jail, where they currently await arraignment on the charges filed against them.
