A routine traffic stop conducted by Paris Police Officer in the 900 block of W. Center on Wednesday night at 8:23 led to the apprehension of 33-year-old Kanavis Tramond Trigg. During the stop, Trigg provided the officer with multiple false names, prompting further investigation.
After a thorough check, officers were able to identify Trigg through his ID card. It was discovered that Trigg had outstanding warrants for parole violation and possession of controlled substances. Consequently, he was charged and arrested for the existing warrants, as well as for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice.
