Officials in Fannin County have arrested 44-year-old Leos Drbohlav, a K-9 trainer, on multiple charges, including cruelty to non-livestock animals, theft of service, and property.
Drbohlav operated the business True Canine International in Trenton, Texas.
According to his bio, Drbohlav comes from a family with a long history of dedicated Czech canine trainers and handlers, dating back generations, with his grandfather, Josef Janos, recognized as the top canine handler and trainer in the Czechoslovakian military in 1954 for his achievements during World War II.
Drbohlav's bond was set at $115,000. He has bonded out of jail.
