Woman Arrested in Paris for Meth Possession During Traffic Stop

In the early hours of Monday night, December 18, 2023, at 12:02, a Paris Police officer conducted a routine traffic stop in the 100 block of SW 4th St. The officer pulled over Diamond Cierra Rudder, who was wanted by Paris Police on a drug paraphernalia warrant. Following the stop, Rudder was arrested, and during a subsequent search, law enforcement found methamphetamine in her purse. As a result, Rudder is now facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
