Paris Police Officers were called to the 600 block of Martin Luther King Dr. on Tuesday at 5:29 pm following a Violation of Protective Order complaint. Upon arrival, officers observed 29-year-old Tyler Scott Headley on the property, seated next to an individual protected by a court-issued order. In response, officers requested Headley to exit the room, a request he complied with.
Subsequently, Tyler Scott Headley was arrested for Violation of Bond/Protective Order. The Protective Order had been issued following an incident on November 18, 2023, where Headley assaulted a family member. Following his arrest, Headley was booked and transported to the county jail.
