On December 11, 2023, at around 5:45 p.m., the Dallas Police received notification of a shooting victim at a hospital in the Mesquite area.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the shooting occurred in the 10500 block of Lake June Road. The victim, identified as an adult male, was transported to the hospital by a private vehicle. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notifications to the family.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 220043-2023.
