On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Sherry Powers obtained a search warrant for a residence off Henderson County Road 3715, following a burglary report in the Murchison area where turquoise had been reported stolen. The warrant was issued by Henderson County 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee.
During the search of the property on Henderson County Road 3715, investigators successfully located the stolen turquoise. Jennifer Kinabrew was found in possession of the stolen items at the residence, and Coy Boles, who also was present, had an outstanding arrest warrant.

Boles was arrested for the outstanding warrant and was found to be carrying some of the stolen turquoise in his bag, along with suspected methamphetamine in his pants pocket. Both Kinabrew and Boles were subsequently transported to the Henderson County Jail.
Boles faces charges of theft over $300,000.00, possession of a controlled substance, and the outstanding arrest warrant, while Kinabrew was arrested for theft over $300,000.00.
Continuing their efforts, investigators, led by Investigator Powers, obtained another search warrant on Thursday, November 30, 2023, for a residence on Ingram Street in Brownsboro, Texas. The search of this location resulted in the discovery of additional stolen turquoise, leading to the arrest of William Trussell for theft over $300,000.00.
Trussell is set to be transported to the Henderson County Jail upon the conclusion of the search. The investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be filed against the individuals involved.
