Rockwall Texas Meth Trafficker Sentenced to Federal Prison

Levi Chamberlin Hardcastle, a 35-year-old Rockwall resident, has been sentenced to 200 months in federal prison for his involvement in methamphetamine trafficking. The sentencing was announced by U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Leigha Simonton.

Hardcastle, along with eight other individuals linked to methamphetamine trafficking, faced a range of federal charges including distribution of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of firearms, and conspiracy. The charges were brought forth in an indictment in April 2022.

In February, Hardcastle pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. U.S. District Judge Jane Boyle presided over the sentencing.

According to plea papers, Hardcastle acknowledged delivering a total of 1,494.6 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover officer on three separate occasions, with a wholesale value of $10,500.00.

During a court hearing, Hardcastle admitted his affiliation with the Peckerwoods, a white supremacist gang.

Additional defendants and their sentences include:

  • Stephen Scribner: Pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance and sentenced to 180 months.
  • Alexis Nicole Pacheco: Pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance and sentenced to 200 months.
  • Ruby Pauline Anderton: Pleaded guilty to illegal receipt of a firearm and sentenced to 48 months.
  • Sandra Marie Hernandez-Pacheco: Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and sentenced to 168 months.
  • Robert James McKnight: Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and sentenced to 14 months.
  • David Michael Ford: Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and sentenced to 57 months.
  • Mayo Mena: Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and sentenced to 7 months.

One defendant, Martin Talaver-Sanchez, is awaiting sentencing.
