Two Arrested in Texarkana Shooting that Left Three Dead and Three Injured

The Texarkana Police Department has taken action in response to a shooting incident that occurred during a party on Saturday night, resulting in three fatalities and three additional individuals sustaining injuries. Two arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

20-year-old Breoskii Warren surrendered himself to authorities on Wednesday afternoon. He now faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and two counts of Murder.

26-year-old Devon Hayden has been charged with one count of Murder. Hayden was taken into custody after being released from the hospital on Wednesday.

Detectives investigating the case have learned that a confrontation unfolded between Devon Hayden and another individual at the party, ultimately leading to Hayden using a firearm to fatally shoot the other man. In response, Breoskii Warren retrieved a rifle and opened fire on Hayden, striking him, as well as innocent bystanders who were in close proximity. Two of the individuals shot by Warren later succumbed to their injuries.

Both suspects are now incarcerated at the Bi-State Jail, awaiting legal proceedings. Warren's bond has been established at $6.25 million, while Hayden's is set at $3 million.
