- Lt. Milbourn, Sgt. Cox, and Corporal Rapp responded to an assault in Mineola, but after an investigation, Sabrina McDowell was arrested for assault as the aggressor.

- Sgt. Mayer, Corporal Burdick, and Deputy Haley responded to a disturbance at Lake Winnsboro involving intoxicated individuals.
- Deputy Haley responded to a suspicious person on FM 515 and ran off a male who claimed to have a flat tire.
- Corporal Burdick and Deputy Haley conducted a traffic stop and arrested Kirstin Ramirez, who was wanted and refused to identify herself.

- Sgt. Cox responded to a welfare check on County Road 2264, and EMS attended to the patient while APS was notified.
- Deputy Skinner responded to an animal welfare check on FM 49 regarding cows in poor condition.

- Corporal Smith and Deputy Way responded to an armed subject on Hwy 37, resulting in the arrest of Charles Patterson for terroristic threats.
- Deputies responded to a major vehicle accident on Hwy 154.
September 19
- Deputy Cato responded to a report of suspicious activity on County Road 3470, involving individuals beating on walls and yelling. Subjects left before deputies' arrival.
- Sgt. Williams, Corporal Smith, and Deputy Rich responded to a suicidal subject on Hwy 154, who was care flighted for treatment after becoming aggressive towards deputies.
- Deputies responded to a welfare check, but the patient was not found inside the residence as APS had picked her up earlier, and she was hiding inside the house.
