Texarkana Police Renew Plea for Information in 2019 Double Homicide That Remains Unsolved

TEXARKANA, Texas - Nearly seven years after two people were found shot to death inside a Texarkana home, investigators are again asking the public for information that could help solve the case.

On the evening of July 21, 2019, officers with the Texarkana Texas Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Connella Street after receiving a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found Patrice Williams and Ensley Robinson inside the home suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Despite years of investigative work, police said the case remains unsolved.

According to the department, detectives have continued to actively investigate the killings by conducting interviews, following up on tips and repeatedly reviewing evidence. However, investigators have not yet identified the person or persons responsible for the deaths.

Police are urging anyone with information, no matter how minor it may seem, to come forward. Investigators said even the smallest detail could provide the breakthrough needed to solve the case.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Texarkana Texas Police Department at 903-798-3116. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-7867 (903-793-STOP) or online at p3tips.com. Tips submitted through Crime Stoppers that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.

Authorities are also asking the public to share information about the case in hopes it reaches someone who may have knowledge of the killings.

The investigation remains ongoing.
